Abstract: A nozzle arrangement for applying fluids to a substrate has a main body which is able to be connected to a mounting region of a distributor and which has an end-side side surface. At least one first outlet nozzle for the fluid to be applied to the substrate is provided in or on the end-side side surface of the main body. A first fluid channel system is formed in the main body, via which the at least one first outlet nozzle is connected in terms of flow to a first fluid connector, which is provided in the main body of the nozzle arrangement. The nozzle arrangement is a monolithic component produced by an additive production method.

Abstract: An electrostatic sprayer operable at high flow rates and low pressures particularly suitable for spray drying. The sprayer includes an elongated body having a downstream spray nozzle assembly through which electrically charged liquid is directed via a central feed tube within the nozzle body and atomizing air is supplied via an annular passage about the liquid feed tube. In one embodiment, the nozzle assembly is an external mix cluster head spray nozzle assembly having a plurality of circumferentially spaced metallic spray tips. In another embodiment, the spray nozzle is an internal mix nozzle assembly having a spray tip with an internal mixing chamber for atomizing liquid prior to discharge.

Abstract: A film forming apparatus, a substrate processing apparatus, and a device manufacturing method are provided, which improve the film thickness uniformity of a thin film that is formed on a substrate by spraying a thin film material. The film forming apparatus which forms a thin film on a substrate is provided with a nozzle that sprays a thin film material and an exhaust unit that discharges a gas. An exhaust port of the exhaust unit is arranged on a side that is opposite to the direction in which the gravity acts with respect to the substrate. The substrate processing apparatus performs a predetermined process on the substrate using the film forming apparatus. The device manufacturing method manufactures a device using the film forming apparatus.

Abstract: A device and process for applying a quick dry rapid set aqueous solution. An indicator of a selected color and composition is added to an accelerator to be applied along with a resin. The tinted color indicator is typically blue and allows the user to determine if the proper mixture is being applied. The indicator is visible only during application and disappears after application. The resin and accelerator are applied using an airless spray mechanism with delivery systems and spray gun. The spray gun has 2 nozzles and the capability to set the angle between the nozzles.
