    Abstract: A system and method for dynamically determining a trust level of an end-to-end link of a computer database, including: in a preparation stage: capturing a first set of messages of an end-to-end link; compressing a skeleton of each message of the first set of messages to generate a construct of each message of the first set of messages, the skeleton includes the message without a value field; creating a characteristic histogram of the constructs of the first set of messages; and during an operation stage: capturing a second set of messages of the end- to-end link; compressing a skeleton of each message of the second set of messages to generate a construct of each of the second set of messages; creating a work histogram of the constructs of the second set of messages; and determining a trust level of the end-to-end link by comparing the work histogram with the characteristic histogram.

    Abstract: Contact designs for semiconductor FET devices are provided.     Abstract: A method for quantifying a similarity between a target dataset and multiple source datasets and identifying one or more source datasets that are most similar to the target dataset is provided. The method includes receiving, at a computing system, source datasets relating to a source domain and a target dataset relating to a target domain of interest. Each dataset is arranged in a tabular format including columns and rows, and the source datasets and the target dataset include a same feature space. The method also includes pre-processing, via a processor of the computing system, each source-target dataset pair to remove non-intersecting columns. The method further includes calculating at least two of a dataset similarity score, a row similarity score, and a column similarity score for each source-target dataset pair, and summarizing the calculated similarity scores to identify one or more source datasets that are most similar to the target dataset.

    Abstract: A DBMS manages a high-performance accelerated database that is synchronized with a conventional client database. The accelerated database (440) contains both "regular" accelerated tables, which each duplicate a table of the client database (410), and accelerator-only tables (AOTs) that are unique to the accelerated database (440) and that may be used for analytical purposes. AOT rows are archived by moving the rows to a dedicated accelerator-only archive stored in the accelerated database (440). When a user query (400) attempts to access accelerator-only data, the DBMS rewrites the query to adapt the requested operations to the accelerated database (440)'s partitioned archive/non-archive structure. The rewritten query specifies steps for accessing archived and non-archived accelerator-only data without forcing the DBMS front-end (420) to generate a merged view of archived and non-archived accelerator-only data. If the accelerator-only archives are stored in a read-only format, the rewriting also adds predictive operations that prevent queries from altering the archives.
