The method comprises the steps that 1, a target rotating speed ofan input shaft is obtained according to a driving intention of a driver, the practical rotating speed of an output shaft is monitored simultaneously, the target rotating speed change rate of the inputshaft and the practical rotating speed change rate of the output shaft are calculated, the target speed ratio and a change rate thereof are calculated, and then pre-control is conducted; 2, the practical speed ratio and the target speed ratio are subjected to closed-loop control, and then feedback control is conducted on the target speed ratio change rate; and 3, limiting control is conducted onthe target speed ratio change rate, and then the final target speed ratio change rate is obtained.
