The method is used for establishing the whole FPGA chip wiring resource graph (RRG) on the basis of field programmable gate array (FPGA) series information and customized FPGA device arrangement information, and the method is used for establishing the whole FPGA chip wiring resource graph information. That is to say, complete layoutstructure or netlist information of the FPGA chip does not need to be generated, and expected wiring structure information of the FPGA device can be obtained directly in a splicing mode.
