Abstract:
生物传感器具备用于贴附于生物体表面的压敏粘接层、被配置在压敏粘接层的上表面且具有伸缩性的基材层、被配置在压敏粘接层的下表面的探针、和以与探针连接的方式安装于前述基材层的电子器件，压敏粘接层与基材层的总厚度为1μm以上且小于100μm。
