The present invention relates to a coating composition including: non-melt-fabricable polytetrafluoroethylene; a fluorine-containing polymer other than the non-melt-fabricable polytetrafluoroethylene; and a heat-resistant resin other than the non-melt-fabricable polytetrafluoroethylene or the fluorine-containing polymer, the non-melt-fabricable polytetrafluoroethylene being contained in an amount of 10 to 60% by mass relative to the amount of the fluorine-containing polymer.
