When data is transmitted between the base station and the mobile station using the second wireless communication, a sender station among the base station and the mobile station performs transmission control of using an identifier of a bearer of the data transmitted to a receiver station among the base station and the mobile station and using correspondence information of the identifier and an access category that is QoS information in the second wireless communication to identify the access category of the data and transmit the data.
