The UE includes receiving circuitry configured to receive signaling that comprises a configuration for a configured grant physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) or a grant-based PUSCH. The UE also includes a higher layer processor configured to determine whether to use multi-segment transmissions and mini-slot repetitions for the configured grant PUSCH or grant-based PUSCH. The UE further includes transmitting circuitry configured to transmit the multi-segment transmissions and the mini-slot repetitions for the configured grant PUSCH or grant-based PUSCH.
