The schedule data is data concerning a frequency of an inquiry about the request data by the control apparatus and data transmitted to the control apparatus. A transmitting section transmits the request data stored in the storing section to the control apparatus in response to the inquiry transmitted from the control apparatus at a frequency indicated by the schedule data.
