At least part of —COO— group contained in the functional group of the polymer (X) is neutralized and/or reacted with a compound (P) containing at least two amino groups. At least part of the —COO— group of the polymer (X) is neutralized with a metal ion having a valence of at least two. The ratio of [the equivalent amount of the amino groups contained in the compound (P)]/[the equivalent amount of the —COO— group of the polymer (X)] is in the range of 0.2/100 to 20.0/100.
