Abstract: An external composition for relieving and treating the diaper rash is provided to treat the diaper rash by stabilizing high content of zinc oxide with a surfactant. An external composition for relieving and treating the diaper rash comprises 0.001-60% by weight of zinc oxide, 0.001-20% by weight of polyglyceryl-2 dipolyhydroxystearate as a surfactant.
