Abstract:
A cosmetic composition containing liquid crystal complex is provided to improve skin-moisturing effect by restoring the skin barrier function, reduce the skin keratinocyte by promoting the differentiation of skin keratinocyte-forming cell. The cosmetic composition for enhancing skin-moisturizing effect and reducing skin roughness contains 2-10 wt.% based on the total weight of composition of the liquid crystal complex including 50-80 wt.% of higher aliphatic alcohol, 10-40 wt.% of surfactant and 1-10 wt.% of oil.

An oil-in-water type emulsified cosmetic composition for blocking UV is provided to be able to maintain the long term emulsion stability at high temperature, and show excellent feeling of use by adding a surfactant and a high fatty alcohol into a composition containing a polycaprolactone-polyethyleneglycol(PCL-PEG) copolymer and a UV blocking agent. The oil-in-water type emulsified cosmetic composition for blocking UV comprises 0.2-2.0 wt.% of a PCL-PEG copolymer, 0.5-2.0 wt.% of a surfactant such as alkyl glucoside surfactant, 0.5-3.0 wt.% of a high fatty alcohol such as a C12-22 fatty alcohol, and 0.5-10.0 wt.% of a UV blocking agent. In the composition, the blocking agent comprises 1.0-7.0 wt.% of octylmethoxy cinnamate and 0.5-3.0 wt.% of isoamyl-p-methoxy cinnamate.

Abstract:
An oil-in-water type emulsified composition is provided to have high temperature stability, show light feeling of use and be able to improve skin elasticity when being applied to skin. The composition comprises 5-10 wt.% of high aliphatic alcohol such as lauryl alcohol, cetyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol, behenyl alcohol, myristyl alcohol, and cetostearyl alcohol, 2-3 wt.% of a non-ionic surfactant such as alkyl ether-based surfactant and alkyl ester-based surfactant having a linear alkyl with carbon number of more than 16, and 8-20 wt.% of oil selected from the group consisting of ester-based oil, hydrocarbon-based oil and a mixture thereof.
