Abstract: An oral composition comprising a thermo-sensitive polymer is provided to be used conveniently as a sol phase before application to the oral cavity, deliver effective ingredients for a long time by being phase changed into a gel phase in the oral cavity and be removed easily by cleansing the oral cavity with cold water. An oral composition with a sol-gel phase transition formulation comprises 5-50 wt.% of a thermo-sensitive polymer, wherein the sol-gel phase transition temperature is 31-32 deg.C. The composition further comprises 0.001-10 wt.% of at least one foul breath removing ingredient selected from the group consisting of a pine needle extract, cetylpyridinium chloride, a green tea extract and a Salix koreensis extract. Further, the oral composition additionally comprises sodium pyrophosphate as an effective component.

Abstract: 본 발명은 온도 감응성 고분자를 함유하는 졸-겔 상전이 제형을 갖는 구강용 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 구강용 조성물의 유효성분과 함께 필름형성제로서 온도 감응성 고분자를 함유하는 구강용 조성물에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 구강용 조성물은 구강에 적용하기 전에 액상의 졸 상태로 있다가 구강에 도포된 후에 겔 상태로 상전이 되어 구강 내에서 타액에 대한 저항력과 치아, 혀 및 잇몸 표면에 대한 부착력을 높이고, 구강 유효 성분의 구강 내에서의 접촉시간을 증대시켜 구강 유효 성분의 효능을 최대로 발휘되도록 하였다.
