Abstract: The present invention relates to a tray for measuring the roasting degrees of coffee and more specifically, to a tray for measuring the roasting degrees of coffee which can prevent a table from being messy caused by coffee powder overflowing from an outer dish during a process of measuring the roasting degrees of coffee by separately forming the outer dish surrounding an inner dish from the inner dish at a predetermined interval; can accurately measure the roasting degrees of coffee by preventing a cylinder for a coffee chromameter from being radiated with external lights by closing the adhering top surface of a partition wall of the inner dish to the cylinder; can measure the roasting degrees of coffee under constant conditions while preventing the cylinder from being contaminated by coffee powder; and can push out coffee powder on the inner dish to the outer dish with a tool such as a flat ruler, a rod by forming the inner and outer dishes to be at uniform height.
