Abstract: PURPOSE: An anastomotic device of a slot driving method is provided to prevent a surgical operation error due to an unnecessary operation by coupling an anastomotic ring through one operation. CONSTITUTION: An anastomotic device comprises first and second holders(12, 22). The first and second holders are formed into a U-shape. First and second anastomotic rings(R1, R2) are fixed to the first and second holders through an opened front-end. End parts of two blood vessels which are anastomosed are respectively fixed to the first and second anastomotic rings. The first and second holders are opposite to the first and second anastomotic rings. First and second closing bars(14, 24) are respectively connected to the first and second holders. First and second guide bars are respectively connected to the first and second closing bars. The first and second guide bars are rotated by a rolling body. An upper case(34) is located on the top of the first and second guide bars. A lower case(32) is located in the lower side of the first and second guide bars.
