Abstract: PURPOSE: An irreversible circuit device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to attenuate a harmonic property without increasing insertion loss by including a resonance circuit which includes an inductor and a capacitor. CONSTITUTION: A metal housing(410) has a cylindrical shape. A storage groove and a plurality of terminal passing grooves are formed in the metal housing. A capacitor plate(400) is installed in the bottom side of the storage groove of the metal housing. An inductor plate(390) is installed on the upper surface of the capacitor plate. The inductor plate forms a resonance circuit with the capacitor plate. A resonator part is sequentially laminated on the upper surface of the inductor plate. A cover(310) is combined with the metal housing.

Abstract: A circulator/isolator and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve reliability of a cover structure by coupling a housing body with a cover through screw-coupling. A housing main body(120) is combined with a floor plate(110) by a plurality of knurling pins. A laminated component includes a lower ferrite, a junction, an upper ferrite, a plate and a magnet. A cover(130) is combined with the upper part of the housing main body. A knurling protrusion is formed along the circumference of the knurling pin. The knurling pin is inserted into knurling pinholes(110a,120a) formed in the bottom plate and the bottom part of the housing main body. The knurling protrusion is fixed to the inner wall of the knurling pinhole with the compressive force applied from the top and bottom of the knurling pin.
