Abstract: PURPOSE: An irreversible circuit element with a mounting board is provided to enable accurate alignment work since multiple projections and alignment holes are formed on a housing and a mounting board. CONSTITUTION: An irreversible circuit element(100) comprises a housing(110), a cover(120), and a mounting substrate(200). The housing has an internal space for accepting the components of the irreversible circuit element. A plurality of projections is formed on the outer bottom of the housing. A plurality of input and output terminals(130,140) is expanded to the outside of the housing through a terminal mounting groove. An SMT pin assembly is electrically connected to each terminal contact part(230,240) of the mounting board by soldering. A coupling structure of a hook part and a hanging projection part is formed on the top of the housing. The cover covers the upper part of the housing to fix the components accepted in the internal space of the housing.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An irreversible circuit device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to attenuate a harmonic property without increasing insertion loss by including a resonance circuit which includes an inductor and a capacitor. CONSTITUTION: A metal housing(410) has a cylindrical shape. A storage groove and a plurality of terminal passing grooves are formed in the metal housing. A capacitor plate(400) is installed in the bottom side of the storage groove of the metal housing. An inductor plate(390) is installed on the upper surface of the capacitor plate. The inductor plate forms a resonance circuit with the capacitor plate. A resonator part is sequentially laminated on the upper surface of the inductor plate. A cover(310) is combined with the metal housing.
