Abstract: PURPOSE: A VEGFR-3 gene as a marker for stroke diagnosis is provided to early and accurately diagnose and predict stroke. CONSTITUTION: A marker for stroke diagnosis contains VEGFR-3(vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-3) gene or VEGFR-3 protein encoded by the gene. The VEGFR-3 gene has a base sequence of sequence number 1. A composition for stroke diagnosis contains a material for measuring VEGFR-3 gene or protein level. A method for stroke diagnosis comprises: a step of measuring the amount of VEGFR-3 gene or protein existing in a biological sample; and a step of comparing the VEGFR-3 gene expression level or protein amount from a control group.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供作为卒中诊断标志物的VEGFR-3基因，以早期准确诊断和预测中风。 构成：卒中诊断标记物含有VEGFR-3（血管内皮生长因子受体-3）基因或由该基因编码的VEGFR-3蛋白。 VEGFR-3基因具有序列号1的碱基序列。用于中风诊断的组合物含有用于测量VEGFR-3基因或蛋白质水平的材料。 一种中风诊断方法包括：测量存在于生物样品中的VEGFR-3基因或蛋白质的量的步骤; 以及比较来自对照组的VEGFR-3基因表达水平或蛋白质量的步骤。
