Abstract: 본발명은인돌리논(indolinone) 화합물인 MAZ51 (3-(4-dimethylamino-naphthelen-1-ylmethylene)-1,3-dihydroindol-2-one)을유효성분으로포함하는신경아교종(glioma) 치료용약학조성물에관한것이다. 본발명의 MAZ51 화합물을신경아교종세포에처리한결과신경아교종세포의 F-액틴및 마이크로튜불의집단화(clustering) 및응집(aggregation)으로인해상당한형태적변화가일어났으며, 신경아교종세포의세포주기가 G2/M 기정지(arrest)된것을확인하였다. 따라서본 발명의 MAZ51 화합물및 이의약학적으로허용가능한염은효과적인신경아교종(glioma) 치료제로사용될수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A composition containing T1R2, T1R3 or alpha-gustducin gene is provided to ensure diagnosis accuracy and to early treat ischemia. CONSTITUTION: A composition for diagnosing ischemic diseases contains an agent for measuring mRNA or protein level of T1R2, T1R3, or alpha-gustducin gene. T1R2 and T1R3 has a base sequence of sequence number 1 and 2, respectively. A method or providing information for diagnosing ischemic diseases comprises: a step of measuring T1R2, T1R3, or alpha-gustducin gene and protein expression level from a biological sample of a patient; and a step of comparing expression and protein level with a control group.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A composition containing VEGFR-3 for preventing or treating ischemic diseases is provided to promote infiltrating exogenous macrophage activity and to treat ischemic damage. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing or treating ischemic diseases contains VEGFR-3(vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-3) or nucleic acids encoding the protein. The VEGFR-3 protein has an amino acid of sequence number 1. The nucleic acid has a polynucleotide of sequence number 2. A method for screening a material for preventing or treating ischemic diseases comprises: a step of contacting with a sample to be analyzed to cells containing VEGFR-3 protein or the gene encoding the protein; a step of measuring VEGFR-3 protein level, activity, or gene expression level; and a step of determining the sample as a material for preventing or treating ischemic diseases.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A composition for a bio marker for determining neuronal cell debris using osteopontin is provided to remove neuronal cell debris and degenerating neurite. CONSTITUTION: A composition for a bio marker for determining neuronal cell apoptosis contains osteopontin for providing information for diagnosing nervous system diseases. The neuronal cells are CA1(cornu ammonis 1) or striatum of hippocampus. The nervous system diseases are ischemic brain injury, traumatic neural injury, stroke, CNS or PANA demyelination diseases, neuropathy, or neurodegenerative diseases. The composition is used for removing debris caused by neuronal cell apoptosis and degenerating neurite. A composition for treating nervous system diseases contains the osteopontin. The composition also contains cells transformed with a recombinant expression vector or a vector containing osteopontin gene.
