Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for increasing biomass of ginseng adventitious roots, comprising a step of culturing the ginseng adventitious roots through light emitting diode (LED) irradiation at a red light wavelength range of 625-630 nm. The optimum proliferation conditions for culturing the ginseng adventitious roots through a bioreactor is developed by using the irradiation of the LED in a specific wavelength according to the present invention, thereby establishing the formation and growth of the favorable ginseng adventitious roots and the increase in biomass. Thus, provided can be a method for massively propagating the ginseng adventitious roots through tissue culture, capable of industrially mass-producing the ginseng adventitious roots in a bioreactor, thereby producing high value-added ginseng throughout the year without being affected by climatic and environmental conditions, and supplying the ginseng adventitious roots to various user classes at a low price.

The present invention relates to a method for increasing biomass of ginseng adventitious roots, including a step of cultivating ginseng adventitious roots by irradiating the ginseng adventitious roots with red light with a wavelength of 625 to 630 nm from a light emitting diode (LED). Using the irradiation of a specific wavelength by the LED according to the present invention, provided is a method for mass production of ginseng adventitious roots, which achieves the increase of biomass as well as the development and growth of favorable ginseng adventitious roots by developing a most proliferous condition for cultivating ginseng adventitious roots in bioreactors, and thus industrializes the mass production of ginseng adventitious roots in bioreactors. Accordingly, high value-added ginseng can be produced all the year around without being affected by the conditions of climate or surroundings and offered to various consumer groups at affordable prices.

The present invention relates to a composition for improving antioxidant activity or growth of a plant comprising a lacquer tree extract as an effective component. The lacquer tree extract of the present invention can be safely supplied to a consumer as urushiol which is a toxic material causing allergy is removed, promotes initial rearing of the plant, increases expression of genes related to salt resistance and drought resistance, pathogen, wound, and stress, and promotes antioxidant activity. Accordingly, the lacquer tree extract of the present invention is safe to a user, and can be industrially used as a biofertilizer for improving antioxidant activity or growth to agricultural crops.

본 발명은 파라핀 용액을 이용한 삽목묘의 생육을 증진시키기 위한 삽수의 저장방법 및 그에 따른 식물체에 관한 것으로, 상기 방법에 의해 저장된 삽수로 삽목된 식물체는 생육 증가 효과가 있고, 열매 수확량과 과육 수분함량이 증가되어 농가의 수익률를 증가시킬 수 있다.
