Abstract: 본 발명은 후코이단 및 생약성분 추출물을 함께 유효성분으로 포함하는 아토피피부염 증상 개선용 크림에 관한 것으로, 상기 크림은 아토피피부염 증상을 현저히 완화시키는 효과를 나타내어, 가려움증으로 인한 긁기 횟수를 감소시키고, 혈청 IgE 농도를 감소시키며, 히스타민 농도를 감소시키고, 전체 피부층이 안정되며 세포 침윤 현상이 적으며, 비만 세포수가 감소하는 효과가 있었다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A cream containing fucoidan and crude drug extract is provided to remarkably relieve atopic dermatitis and to reduce histamine concentration. CONSTITUTION: A cream for improving atopic dermatitis contains 2-5 wt% of fucoidan and 5-17 wt% of crude drug extract of Chamonilla Recutita(Matricaria)flower/leaf extract, Magnoria denudata flower extract, or Glycyrrhias glabra(Licorice) root extract as an active ingredient. The cream also contains Nepetae Spica extracts, Saururus chinensis Baill extract, Smilacis Rhizoma extracts, ginkgo leaf extract, or HA(hyaluronic acid).

Abstract translation: 目的：提供含有岩藻依聚糖和生药提取物的乳膏，以显着缓解特应性皮炎和降低组胺浓度。 构成：用于改善特应性皮炎的霜剂含有褐藻多糖2-5％（重量）和五至十七％（重量）的山茶属（花生）花/叶提取物，Magnoria denudata花提取物或甘草（甘草）根提取物 作为活性成分。 奶油还含有荆芥提取物，中华黄芪提取物，枸杞提取物，银杏叶提取物或HA（透明质酸）。
