Abstract: The present invention relates to a complex scaffold having an excellent osseous tissue regeneration effect containing a biodegradable polymer, calcium phosphate, and a vegetable polyphenol, and manufacturing method thereof. The complex scaffold according to the present invention has outstandingly excellent biocompatibility, biodegradability, porosity, and adhesive properties, as well as anti-microbial and anti-inflammatory properties.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A cream containing fucoidan and crude drug extract is provided to remarkably relieve atopic dermatitis and to reduce histamine concentration. CONSTITUTION: A cream for improving atopic dermatitis contains 2-5 wt% of fucoidan and 5-17 wt% of crude drug extract of Chamonilla Recutita(Matricaria)flower/leaf extract, Magnoria denudata flower extract, or Glycyrrhias glabra(Licorice) root extract as an active ingredient. The cream also contains Nepetae Spica extracts, Saururus chinensis Baill extract, Smilacis Rhizoma extracts, ginkgo leaf extract, or HA(hyaluronic acid).
