본 발명은 감귤 유래의 박테리아 셀룰로오스를 주재로 하는 생분해성 및 무독성 필름 타입의 의료용 드레싱 제재에 관한 것으로, 셀룰로오스 필름은 4주 만에 효과적으로 생분해 되었고 분해된 셀룰로오스는 백서의 체내에서 어떠한 독성도 유발하지 않았으므로 생체적합한 창상치유용 드레싱 제재를 제공하는 뛰어난 효과가 있다.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a biodegradable and non-toxic film type medical dressing material having bacterial cellulose derived from citrus as a main ingredient, and a cellulose film is effectively bio-degraded in four weeks and the degraded cellulose does not induce any toxicity in the body, whereby there is a superior effect to provide a dressing material for treating a wound, which is suitable for body.

본 발명은 글루콘아세토박터 속 KCG326 균주를 이용한 박테리아 셀룰로오스의 제조 방법을 개시한다. 구체적으로 본 발명은 탄소원으로서는 수크로오스, 질소원으로서는 효모 추출물이나 소이톤을 사용함으로써 글루콘아세토박터 속 KCG326 균주에 의한 박테리아 셀룰로오스 생산 수율을 높일 수 있는 박테리아 셀룰로오스의 제조 방법을 개시한다.

Disclosed is a method for producing bacterial cellulose using a Gluconacetobacter sp. KCG326 strain. Specifically, a method for producing bacterial cellulose disclosed in the present invention can increase production yield of the bacterial cellulose by Gluconacetobacter sp. KCG326 strain using sucrose as a carbon source and yeast extract or soytone as a nitrogen source.
Abstract:
A portable device for non-destructively measuring the sugar content of a mandarin, according to the present invention, comprises: a measuring head unit; a light emitting unit which is arranged on the measuring head unit to emit light onto a target object, a mandarin, for measuring the sugar content; a light-intercepting-and-spectrum head unit which is spaced apart from the light emitting unit at a predetermined distance, so as to receive light from the mandarin; and an elastic pad which is tightly fixed onto the front side of the measuring head unit. An ultra-miniature spectrum head and a light emitting diode integrated module are included, so as to enable miniaturization, weight-lightening, and reduction in power consumption and price.
