Abstract: PURPOSE: SCAR markers linked to flesh adhesion gene in peach are provided, thereby discriminating peach kinds at the young tree stage, and improving the selection efficient of the peach kinds at the breeding stage. CONSTITUTION: The SCAR markers linked to flesh adhesion gene in peach are prepared by cross-breeding one kind of peach "Yoomyeong" of which flesh is easily separated from a seed with another kind of peach "Baekhyang" of which flesh is adhered to the seed to obtain cross-bred peach, analyzing the flesh adhesion property of the cross-bred peach, and selecting RAPD(random amplified polymorphic DNA) markers linked to flesh adhesion gene using RAPD and BSA methods; sequencing the cloned RAPD markers to develop SCAR marker; and analyzing the utility of the developed SCAR marker, wherein the RAPD markers are OPBO51300 having the nucleotide sequences of SEQ ID NO: 1 and SEQ ID NO: 2 and UBC4391400 having the nucleotide sequences of SEQ ID NO: 3 and SEQ ID NO: 4.
Abstract translation: 目的:提供与桃皮肤粘连基因相关的SCAR标记,从而在幼树阶段区分桃种,并在繁殖阶段提高桃种的选择效率。 构成:与桃子中肉质粘附基因相关的SCAR标记物是通过将一种桃子“Yoomyeong”杂交育种,其中一种桃子容易从种子中分离出来,另一种桃子“Baekhyang”,其中肉被粘附到种子上 获得交叉桃,分析交叉桃的肉质粘附性质,并使用RAPD和BSA方法选择与肉粘连基因相关的RAPD(随机扩增多态性DNA)标记; 测序克隆的RAPD标记以开发SCAR标记; 并分析其开发的SCAR标记物的用途,其中RAPD标记是具有SEQ ID NO:1和SEQ ID NO:2的核苷酸序列的OPBO51300和具有SEQ ID NO:3和SEQ ID NO:4的核苷酸序列的UBC4391400 。
