PURPOSE: A mascara product comprising a polyurethane is provided, which is easy to spread; coats the eyelashes well; shows natural and easy make-up effects; has excellent long lasting effect; and is eliminated easily by warm water. CONSTITUTION: A mascara product comprising polyurethane comprises of: an applicator(2) comprising a shaft(11) and an applicator brush(10) that is fixed to one end of the shaft(11a) to apply the composition over the keratin fibers; a reservoir(3) comprising the composition for make-up, especially coating of the eyelashes; a neck(4) with screw groove comprising a joint(5) to block a leakage, and a drainer(7) maintained by a flange(8) and a recess(9); a openable handle device(12) to close the reservoir; a composition(6) containing water phase medium and a solid particle type of film-forming polyurethane that disperses in water phase medium.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing first sebum-absorbing powder having a sebum uptake, second powder having a critical surface energy of 24(nbsp)mN/n or less and a liquid binder phase containing non-volatile oil is provided. It provides a make-up composition which can effectively absorb sebum and has excellent good cosmetic properties over time, in particular good rub resistance, transfer-free properties, homogeneity, maintenance of the initial color of the makeup, and the absence of sheen(resistance of matte effect). CONSTITUTION: The cosmetic composition includes: 1 to 98% by weight of first sebum-absorbing powder having a sebum uptake; second powder with a critical surface energy of 24(nbsp)mN/n or less; and a liquid binder phase containing first non-volatile oil. The sebum absorbing powder has a specific surface area of 300(nbsp)m¬2/g or more and is selected from silica, acryl polymer powder, polyamide powder and silicon elastomer powder. The second powder is coated with an organofluorine compound such as perfluoroalkyl phosphate or polyhexafluoropropylene oxide, or a silicon compound. The organofluorine compound or silicon compound is present in an amount of 0.01 to 40% by weight in the composition.

본 발명은 피지 흡수율(sebum uptake)을 갖는 제 1 피지 흡수성 분말, 24 mN/n 이하의 임계 표면 에너지를 갖는 제 2 분말, 및 비휘발성 오일을 함유하는 액체 결합상 (binder phase)을 함유하는 화장용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 상기 조성물을 통해 시간에 따라 양호한 화장용 특성, 특히, 양호한 마찰 저항성, 이동 배제 특성, 양호한 균일성, 메이크업의 초기 색상 유지성을 가지고 광택성 (매트 효과의 저항성)이 없는 피부 메이크업을 수득할 수 있다.

CONSTITUTION: The improving method of-without rub off-property and maintenance thereof for composition A that contains oil phase containing non-volatile part of which Hansen solubility parameter is delta-ad, delta-ap, delta-ah, comprises of: 1) in the first stage, applying cosmetic base B that contains more than one of oil phase, and of which Hansen solubility parameter is delta-bd, delta-bp, delta-bh to a skin and/or mucous membrane and/or semi-mucous membrane, and B is selected to have a distance of more than 3J1/2cm-3/2 to separate A from B in the Hansen solubility parameter space; 2) in the second stage, applying the composition A to base B.
