Abstract:
The present invention relates to a multi-layered ceramic capacitor and a manufacturing method thereof. The multi-layered ceramic capacitor according to the present invention comprises: ceramic green sheets laminated in multiple layers to form a capacitor body; and internal electrodes formed on surfaces of the ceramic green sheets to have small base angles with the surfaces by printing and electrically connected to external electrodes. According to the present invention, since the internal electrodes are formed in a small base angled structure, empty spaces formed by the laminated green sheets and the internal electrodes can be reduced in comparison with a conventional big base angled structure, thereby reducing defects such as delamination or cracks of the green sheets during post processes.

PURPOSE: A multilayer ceramic capacitor and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to reduce the difference of the density and thickness between dielectric layers. CONSTITUTION: In a multilayer ceramic capacitor and a method for manufacturing the same, a plurality of inner electrodes(130,140) are formed inside a ceramic element(110) and are comprised of one part interfering capacity and the other part giving no interference to capacity. The other part is extended from the one part and has one end which is respectively exposed to the side of the ceramic body alternately. External electrodes(150,160) are formed in the side of the ceramic body and are electrically connected to the internal electrode.

PURPOSE: A vacuum deposition apparatus and controlling method thereof are provided to enable substantial synchronous driving through control of tension and form accurate inner electrode. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum deposition apparatus comprises a chamber (10), mask transfer device, film transfer device, and tension control device. The chamber has a thin film source. The mask transfer device is equipped inside the chamber and transfer a mask (M) with specific tension. The film transfer device transfers film with specific tension to form electrode pattern on a film (F).

PURPOSE: A gravure printing device for manufacturing laminated type electronic components and the laminated type electronic components using the gravure printing device are provided to enhance the reliability of capacities of laminated type electronic components and to obtain high-capacity laminated type electronic components by printing an inner electrode of a thin film. CONSTITUTION: A gravure printing device for manufacturing laminated type electronic components comprises a gravure roll(10), a feeding container(30), and a pressing roll(20). A plurality of cell patterns is formed in the outer circumference of the gravure roll. The feeding container formed so that a part of the gravure roll is dipped supplies printing media to cell patterns when the gravure roll rotates. A printed seat(100) is arranged between the gravure roll and pressing roll. The printed seat is transferred by rotating the gravure roll and pressing roll. The plurality of cell patterns are partitioned with a plurality of wave form partition walls arranged on a straight line to a printing direction.

PURPOSE: A gravure printing apparatus is provided to improve a printing quality by successively adjusting the pressure of a press roll based on the process precision. CONSTITUTION: A gravure printing apparatus includes a gravure roll, a press roll(10) and a press cylinder(40). The gravure printing roll applies a conductive paste on a printing sheet. The press roll opposes to the gravure roll through the printing sheet. A press cylinder drives the press roll and the printing sheet contacts to the gravure roll. The press cylinder includes a plurality of nozzles for contacting the printing sheet to the gravure roll under a constant pressure.
Abstract:
A filter clearing device for slurry fabrication is provided to remove fabrics and foreign substances which occur from filter fabrication processes before using the slurry by using a filter in order to increase the yielding rate and the quality of slurry. A filter cleaner(120) cleans a filter with cleaning solvent provided from a cleaning solvent storage(110), and a gas supply unit(130) removes the cleaning solvent which remains at a cleaned filter by injecting gas to the filter cleaner by force. A measurement unit(140) performs measurement as to the flow amount of cleaning solvent by being installed a circulation line(150) at which the cleaning solvent is circulated, and measures foreign substances which are separated from the filter.
