Abstract: An apparatus and a method for call setup according to domain transfer in a mobile communication system are provided to maintain an ongoing call setup process when domain transfer occurs during the call setup process. If domain transfer occurs, a calling portable terminal performs domain registration for a transferred domain(305). The calling portable terminal transmits a message of informing that the domain transfer is performed to a VCC(Voice Call Continuity) server(307). The calling portable terminal receives a response message for a call setup request according to hook off of a called portable terminal from the VCC server(309). Abstract: A wiretapping providing system and a control method which an IP multimedia subsystem provides an efficient wiretapping function are provided to supply the wiretapping data to an external wiretapping server when using an IMS service. A wiretapping control application server(100) receives page data transmitted from a wiretapping object subscriber terminal through an S-CSCF(Call Session Control Function). Abstract: An apparatus and a method for selecting domain in mobile communication are provided to provide the voice service through the desired domain by making the incoming VCC(Voice Call Continuity) user to select the domain in which the voice service is provided. A first wireless communication interface(610) is the CS(Circuit Switched) domain wireless communication interface. The first radio communication interface comprises a modem for the CS domain. The second wireless communication interface(615) is the IMS(Ip Multimedia Subsystem) domain wireless communication interface. The second wireless communication interface comprises the IMS domain modem. The controller(620) controls a domain determining unit(640) and a domain selecting unit(650). The domain determining unit checks whether the call from the desired domain is received or not. If the call is received from the desired domain, the call is performed after the call connection. If the call is not received from the desired domain, the domain determining unit transmits the cancellation message including the domain information to the VCC application server and turns on the power source of the domain modem. The domain selecting unit receives the desired domain information from the user and provides to the domain determining unit. The inputted information is stored in the storage(630).

Abstract: A method and a system for providing the VCC(Voice Call Continuity) service in an internet protocol multimedia subsystem are provided to enable a VCC terminal to transmit information that the user preference is changed into an IMS(IP Multimedia System) only mode to a VCC AS(Application Server), so that the call can not anchor the VCC AS in an IMS server. In the step-550, the UE1(User Equipment 1)(504) selects the IMS only mode, and transmits a 'NOTIFY' message to a VCC AS(510) in the step-560. In the step-580, the VCC AS receives the information that the user preference of the UE1 is the IMS only mode, and exchanges a PUR/PUA(Profile Update Request/Answer) message with an HSS(Home Subscriber Server)(512) so as to update a service profile of the HSS. In the step-590, the HSS modifies iFC(initial filter criteria) information within the user profile, and then requires modification of the iFC received when being registered to an S-CSCF(Serving-Call Session Control Function)(508) by using a diameter protocol message. Abstract: A method and a system for providing a multimedia conference service in a communication network are provided to enable an individual terminal not to receive voice or video from a specific terminal if a user of the individual terminal wants to while an MMC(Multimedia Conference) service is provided. A system for providing a multimedia conference service includes terminals(101-1-101-3), an MCS(Multimedia Conference Server)(109), an HSS(Home Subscriber Server)(107) and an MRF(Media resource Function)(111). The terminals have a function for selecting termination of transmission of voice or video from other specific terminal. The terminals transmit an update message to the MCS via P-CSCF(Proxy Call Session Control Function)(103-1-103-3) and S-CSCF(Serving call Session Control Function)(105). The P-CSCF provides a contact point with respect to an IMS(Internet Multimedia Subsystems) for the terminals. The S-CSCF processes multimedia calls by using an SIP(Session Initiation Protocol). The HSS integrates functions for management of user's mobility and authentication with an HLR(Home Location Register) function of a conventional mobile network. The MCS makes a call process of the MMC. The MCS stores an update message generated and transmitted by the terminals. The MCS requests the MRF to change an audio/video mixing profile transmitted by a specific terminal selected according to the update message. The MRF processes termination or termination cancellation of the voice or the video of the specific terminal by controlling mixing the voice or the video of the specific terminal selected according to the update message, and adds or deletes a voice or video traffic to or from a conventional voice or video mixing profile.
