PURPOSE: A retinoic acid derivative is provided to have low cytotoxicity, and a collagen synthetic activity, thereby improving wrinkle-reducing effect of a cosmetic composition. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of retinoic acid derivative indicated in chemical formula 1 comprises: a step of synthesizing -Gly-Arg-Glu-Pro by reacting Fmoc-amino acid onto an aminomethyl polystyrene or 2- chlorotrityl chloride polystyrene resin in which a rink amide is accepted under the presence of a coupling agent, and removing Fmoc by treating the result by 20% piperidine/NMP; a step of combining retinoic acid to the -Gly-Arg-Glu-Pro; a step of treating the result by 25% trifluoroacetic acid and dichloromethane to separate the compound indicated in chemical formula 1 from the solid resin. In chemical formula 1, R is -Gly-Arg-Glu-Pro-NH2.

PURPOSE: A kojic acid metal complex derivative which is combined with amino acid is provided to enhance whitening effect through melanogenesis suppression with high stability and improve cell permeability using copper or zinc. CONSTITUTION: A kojic acid derivative has an amino acid of chemical formula I or II. A skin whitening agent contains a kojic metal complex derivative in which amino acid of chemical formula I or II is induced. A method for manufacturing the kojic acid derivative having the amino acid of chemical formula I comprises: a step of activating 7-hydroxy group of kojic acid; a step of introducing amino acid to rink amide resin; and a step of reacting the activate kojic acid with the rink amide resin.

PURPOSE: A composition for a skin whitening effect is provided to show superior antioxidation and tyrosinase suppression activities and to effectively reduce melanogenesis without cytotoxicity with effective whitening activity. CONSTITUTION: A composition for a skin whitening effect contains milk protein-derived oliogopeptides or a derivative thereof. The oligopeptides are prepared by hydrolysis of milk proteins. The milk protein-derived oligopeptides are selected among YFYPEL, YFYP, FYPE, YPEL, YVEEL, YVEE, VEEL, YVEL, MHIRL, MHIR, HIRL, WYSLAMAA, WYSL, YSLA, SLAM, LAMA, and AMAA. The derivative of the oligopeptides is a compound which is prepared by conjugation of C1-C20 alkyl at amine terminal of the milk protein-derived oligopeptides through amine bond.

CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing hydroxycinnamoyl-peptide derivatives represented by chemical formula (I) comprises the steps of: synthesizing peptide(R^4) in a solid resin phase; bonding a compound of chemical formula (II) to the peptide; and separating a material in which the compound of chemical formula (II) and the peptide are bonded from the resin to obtain a compound of chemical formula (I).
