Abstract: PURPOSE: A kojic acid metal complex derivative which is combined with amino acid is provided to enhance whitening effect through melanogenesis suppression with high stability and improve cell permeability using copper or zinc. CONSTITUTION: A kojic acid derivative has an amino acid of chemical formula I or II. A skin whitening agent contains a kojic metal complex derivative in which amino acid of chemical formula I or II is induced. A method for manufacturing the kojic acid derivative having the amino acid of chemical formula I comprises: a step of activating 7-hydroxy group of kojic acid; a step of introducing amino acid to rink amide resin; and a step of reacting the activate kojic acid with the rink amide resin.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A phenolic acid derivative which is conjugated with an amino acid or peptide and a cosmetic composition containing the same for anti-aging are provided to improve free radical removal ability with high stability. CONSTITUTION: A phenolic acid derivative which is conjugated with an amino acid or peptide is denoted by chemical formula I. A method for preparing the derivative comprises: a step of introducing 1-5 amino acids into a solid support dendrite; a step of binding the derivative to the peptide by adding a coupling agent of HBTU, BOP, DCC, DIC, HOBt, HOAt or HOOBT; and a step of reacting the peptide-conjugated phenolic acid derivative for 20 minutes to 12 hours. A cosmetic composition for skin whitening contains the peptide-conjugated phenolic acid derivative and physiologically acceptable cosmetic substrate. The cosmetic composition is manufactured in the form of a lotion, emulsion, cream, or pack.
