Abstract: 본발명에서는전도도를가진라만활성골드마이크로쉘을전도성물질이내벽에코팅된유리마이크로마이크로모세관의끝에무전해도금방법을이용하여붙여전기화학및 라만분광학이가능한탐침을제작하였고전기화학및 라만분광학적인성능을각각그리고동시에확인하였다. 또한본 발명은탐침을이동가능하게하는시스템에결합시킴으로써다양한촉매물질의활성을빠르게탐색할수 있을뿐 아니라표면에서이동및 흡착한중간생성물의정보까지제공할수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A probe is provided to simultaneously obtain electrochemical and spectroscopic information regardless of a surface material and a scanning system is provided to detect not only a diffusive intermediate product but also an intermediate product on the surface. CONSTITUTION: A probe manufacturing method includes a step of manufacturing metallic microshell by coating a first metallic material with first metallic coating on the spherical template surface, a step of manufacturing a conductive capillary by coating a conductive material to an inner wall of the capillary, a step of trapping the metallic microshell in one end of the conductive capillary and a step of second metallic coating a second metallic material in an inner wall of the conductive capillary in which the metallic microshell is trapped.
