Abstract: 본발명은헤파린(heparin) 처리된 PRRSV 항원을사용한간접면역효소반응(ELISA) 키트및 이의제조방법에관한것으로서, 더욱구체적으로, 돼지생식기호흡기증후군바이러스(porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus, PRRSV) 항체검출용면역효소측정(ELISA) 키트는 PRRSV 항원에헤파린(heparin)을처리함으로서비특이적반응을최소화하고, PRRSV의표적항체를유의적으로검출할수 있을뿐만아니라, 기존의방법에비해항원코팅과정을빠르고간편하게사용할수 있으므로, 간편하고신속하게높은정확도로 PRRSV 항체를검출할수 있는 PRRSV 항체진단키트로서유용하게이용할수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an ELISA kit using heparin-treated PRRSV antigen is provided to minimize non-specific reaction and to significantly detect a target antibody of PRRSV. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing ELISA kit for detecting PRRSV antibody comprises: a step of mixing PRRSV antigen and heparin; and a step of coating the surface of a dish using the mixture. The PRRSV antigen is CP07-401-9, LCS-EU, or mixture of CP07-401-9 and LCS-EU. A method for diagnosing PRRSV comprises: a step of reacting porcine serum with a dish coated with heparin-treated PRRSV antigen and a dish coated with a control group; a step of reacting with a second antibody; and a step of calculating PRRSV titer.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供一种使用肝素处理的PRRSV抗原制备ELISA试剂盒的方法，以尽量减少非特异性反应并显着检测PRRSV的靶抗体。 构成：用于制备用于检测PRRSV抗体的ELISA试剂盒的方法包括：混合PRRSV抗原和肝素的步骤; 以及使用该混合物涂覆皿的表面的步骤。 PRRSV抗原是CP07-401-9，LCS-EU或CP07-401-9和LCS-EU的混合物。 用于诊断PRRSV的方法包括：使猪血清与涂有肝素处理的PRRSV抗原的盘和涂有对照组的盘反应的步骤; 与第二抗体反应的步骤; 和计算PRRSV滴度的步骤。
