Abstract: PURPOSE: A triazanonan derivative and a method for preparing the same are provided to form a complex with metal-fluoride and to be used in various radioactive chemical labelings. CONSTITUTION: A triazanonan derivative for F-18 labeling is denoted by chemical formula 1. An atomic group with biological activity is octreotide, bombesin, vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP), cholecystokinin, neurotensin, EGF, VEFG, RGD, CXCR4 ligand, substance P or MMP(matrix metalloproteinase). A radioactive chemical used for an imaging device for diagnosis contains the compound of chemical formula 1 and F-18 complex as an active ingredient.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供三唑烷酮衍生物及其制备方法以与金属氟化物形成络合物并用于各种放射性化学标签中。 具有生物学活性的原子团为奥曲肽，铃蟾肽，血管活性肠肽（VIP），胆囊收缩素，神经降压素，EGF，VEFG，RGD，CXCR4配体，物质P 或MMP（基质金属蛋白酶）。 用于诊断成像装置的放射性化学物质含有化学式1和F-18复合物的化合物作为活性成分。
