본 발명은 대식세포, 쿠퍼세포, 망상내피계나 림프계와 같은 면역세포 또는 그들로 이루어진 조직의 영상을 위한 것으로서, 양기능성킬레이트제 (bifunctional chelating agent; BCA)와 만노실 인혈청알부민 (mannosyl human serum albumin; MSA)의 결합체 및 그의 방사성동위원소 표지 화합물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 구체적으로 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 양기능성킬레이트제(BCA)와 만노실 인혈청알부민(MSA)의 결합체, 그의 방사성동위원소 표지화합물 및 방사성 표지를 위한 키트에 관한 것으로, 종래 면역세포 영상용 방사성동위원소 표지 화합물보다 방사성동위원소의 표지가 용이하고, 림프계 흡수율이 높으며, 양전자단층촬영법 (positron emission tomography; PET)에 의하여 영상을 얻을 수 있어 림프계 영상에 우수한 특성을 가지고 있다. PURPOSE: A combination of bifunctional chelating agent and mannosyl phosphorus serum albumin and radioactive isotope labeling compound thereof are provided to easily label a compound and to ensure high lymphatic system absorption rate. CONSTITUTION: A bifunctional chelating agent-mannosyl phosphorus serum albumin is denoted by chemical formula 1, (Man-L_1)_n-A-(L_2-BCA)_m. In chemical formula 1, Man is mannosyl group; L1 and L2 are linker or direct bond; A is phosphorus serum albumin; BCA is bifunctional chelating agent of 4,7,10-tetraazecyclododecane-1,4,7,10-tetraacetic acid(DOTA) or 1,4,7-triazacyclononane-1,4,7-triacetic acid(NOTA). A drug for imaging immunocytes contains a radioactive isotope labeling compound. The immunocytes are lymphatic system or reticuloendothelial system.

PURPOSE: A nanoparticle containing a linker which is linked to a long alkane or alkene chain and a method for preparing the same are provided to easily introduce various ligands to the nanoparticles. CONSTITUTION: A nanoparticle containing a linker which is linked to a long alkane or alkene chain has an alkane or alkene part(R) of an alkane or alkene-introduced ligand(R-A-L) of chemical formula 1 coated on the surface of hydrophobic nanoparticles by non-covalent bond. A method for preparing the same comprises: a step of removing organic solvent from the hydrophobic nanoparticles dissolved in the organic solvent or mixing the hydrophobic nanoparticles with the compound of chemical formula 1, PEG derivatives, and a solution containing detergent; and a step of dissolving the mixture.

PURPOSE: A triazanonan derivative and a method for preparing the same are provided to form a complex with metal-fluoride and to be used in various radioactive chemical labelings. CONSTITUTION: A triazanonan derivative for F-18 labeling is denoted by chemical formula 1. An atomic group with biological activity is octreotide, bombesin, vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP), cholecystokinin, neurotensin, EGF, VEFG, RGD, CXCR4 ligand, substance P or MMP(matrix metalloproteinase). A radioactive chemical used for an imaging device for diagnosis contains the compound of chemical formula 1 and F-18 complex as an active ingredient.

본 발명은 허혈성 조직 영상을 위한 플루오르-18 표지 트리아자노난 유도체 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용가능한 염에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 트리아자노난 유도체 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용가능한 염은 금속 및 F-18과 팔면체 구조로 안정하게 착체를 형성하여 F-18을 80-90%의 우수한 수율로 표지할 수 있으므로 양전자 방출 방사선 의약품 제조시, 유용하게 사용될 수 있어, 간질, 뇌혈관 질환, 각종 암, 뇌신경계질환 및 관상동맥질환 등을 판단하는 양전자 단층촬영에 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A fluorine-18 labeled triazanonane derivative for ischemic tissue imaging is provided to stably form a complex and to enable PET(Positron Emission Tomography) for determining stroma, cerebrovascular diseases, cancer, nervous diseases, and coronary artery diseases. CONSTITUTION: A triazanonane derivative is denoted by chemical formula 1. The derivative of chemical formula 1 forms a complex together with metals and fluoride. The metal includes aluminum, gallium, indium, thallium, yttrium, or ruthenium. A radiopharmaceutical product contains the derivative of chemical formula 1 and the complex of metals and fluoride as an active ingredient. A method for preparing the derivative of chemical formula 1 comprises: a step of dissolving NODA compounds of chemical formula 2 and a base in an organic solvent; a step of adding nitroimidazole or nitrotriazole compounds to prepare a compound of chemical formula 3; and a step of dissolving the compound of chemical formula 3 in the organic solvent and performing deprotection.
