Abstract:
PURPOSE: An enzyme bag containing silica-immobilized enzyme for inhibiting biofilm formation and a membrane bioreactor system for water treatment using the bag are provided to stably implement filtering operations for a long period of time by improving the performance of operational processes. CONSTITUTION: An enzyme bag containing enzyme for inhibiting biofilm formation includes a porous bag and a silica-based carrier. The silica-based carrier is positioned in the porous bag. The enzyme for inhibiting biofilm formation is chemically immobilized on the silica-based carrier. The silica-based carrier includes mesoporous silica. The average pore diameter of the porous bag is smaller than the average diameter of the silica-based carrier. The enzyme for inhibiting biofilm formation includes quorum quenching enzyme. The quorum quenching enzyme is lactonase or acylase. 본 발명은 수처리용 분리막 생물 반응조 (membrane bioreactor, MBR) 시스템에서 운전이 진행됨에 따라 분리막 표면에서 성장하는 생물막에 의해 야기되는 생물막오염(biofouling)을 억제하기 위한 기술에 관한 것으로서, 메조포러스(mesoporous) 실리카 담체에 정족수 감지 억제 효소를 고정화시키고, 이를 폴리아마이드(polyamide) 재질의 효소 주머니(enzyme bag)를 이용하여 고정화 담체의 흡착과 유실없이 안정적으로 운전할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리막 생물 반응조를 제공한다.
