Abstract:
본 발명은 수처리용 분리막 생물 반응조 (membrane bioreactor, MBR) 시스템에서 운전이 진행됨에 따라 분리막 표면에서 성장하는 생물막에 의해 야기되는 생물막오염(biofouling)을 억제하기 위한 기술에 관한 것으로서, 메조포러스(mesoporous) 실리카 담체에 정족수 감지 억제 효소를 고정화시키고, 이를 폴리아마이드(polyamide) 재질의 효소 주머니(enzyme bag)를 이용하여 고정화 담체의 흡착과 유실없이 안정적으로 운전할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리막 생물 반응조를 제공한다.

The present invention relates to an apparatus for driving an interleaved full bridge converter, which comprises: a driving switch unit including six driving switches of which one pair is respectively connected in serial to a first leg, a second leg, and a third leg, and generating alternating voltage by switching direct current; a transformer unit, which is divided into two modules, performing voltage transformation with the alternating voltage generated from the driving switch unit according to a winding ratio of a primary winding to a secondary winding; a rectifier and filter unit, which is divided into two modules, outputting an output voltage of the transform unit after rectifying and filtering the output voltage; and a driving control unit outputting switching control signals to the driving switch unit, wherein the driving control unit outputs the switching control signals, based on a waveform of a switching control signal for the second leg, for a waveform of a switching control signal for the first leg to overlap the waveform of the switching control signal for the second leg as much as a first phase angle from the start of the waveform of the switching control signal for the second leg, and for a waveform of a switching control signal for the third leg to overlap the waveform of the switching control signal for the second leg as much as a second phase angle from the end of the waveform of the switching control signal for the second leg.

PURPOSE: An enzyme bag containing silica-immobilized enzyme for inhibiting biofilm formation and a membrane bioreactor system for water treatment using the bag are provided to stably implement filtering operations for a long period of time by improving the performance of operational processes. CONSTITUTION: An enzyme bag containing enzyme for inhibiting biofilm formation includes a porous bag and a silica-based carrier. The silica-based carrier is positioned in the porous bag. The enzyme for inhibiting biofilm formation is chemically immobilized on the silica-based carrier. The silica-based carrier includes mesoporous silica. The average pore diameter of the porous bag is smaller than the average diameter of the silica-based carrier. The enzyme for inhibiting biofilm formation includes quorum quenching enzyme. The quorum quenching enzyme is lactonase or acylase. A DC-DC converter according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a power input unit to which power is applied; a first module including a first transformer and a second transformer and outputting first output power transformed by the operation of a first switch and a second switch connected to the first transformer and the second transformer using the applied power; a second module including a third transformer and a fourth transformer and outputting second output power transformed by the operation of a third switch and a fourth switch connected to the third transformer and the fourth transformer using the applied power; and an output unit outputting total power of the first output power and the second output power; and a control unit controlling the interleaving operation of the first module and the second module.
