본 발명은 이동통신단말기의 착신모드 전환방법 및 이를 이용한 이동통신단말기에 관한 것으로, 착신모드 전환 단축키의 입력횟수, 입력지속시간과, 기설정된 착신모드에 따라 전환되는 착신모드가 검색되는 착신모드검색단계, 상기 검색된 착신모드의 시간 정보가 수정입력되거나 또는 시간정보 설정 시간이 초과되면 설정된 시간 정보가 유지된 채 확정되는 시간정보확인단계, 상기 검색된 착신모드의 명칭과 시간 정보를 포함하는 모드정보가 선택저장되는 모드정보저장단계, 및 상기 확정된 시간정보와 상기 모드정보에 따라 구동신호를 생성하는 구동신호생성단계를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 이동통신단말기의 착신모드 전환방법은 초기화면에서 착신모드 전환 단축키의 입력횟수, 입력지속시간과, 기설정된 착신모드에 따라 통화모드, 알람모드, 및 매너모드로 전환할 수 있고, 모드 전환시 시간정보를 입력할 수 있으므로 하위 메뉴를 검색하여 알람 또는 모닝콜 기능을 별도로 설정할 필요가 없고, 매너모드에서도 알람 기능을 수행함으로써 스케줄 관리의 부가적인 기능을 제공하는 효과가 있다. 이동통신단말기, 착신모드, 통화모드, 매너모드, 알람모드, 단축키

PURPOSE: A tonality change method using a circular buffer is provided to execute tonality change even through an instrument of low specification by reducing the memory and processor capacity used. CONSTITUTION: A tonality change method using a circular buffer is as follows. Data of an inputted voice signal is duplicated N times and the address of an input data pointer is stored in the N cells from an initially appointed cell. The address of the input data pointer is changed in a circular buffer to the next Nth address. Data saved in the cell designated by the address of the output data pointer is outputted. The address of the output data pointer is changed in the circular buffer to the next Mth address. The pointer address is subject to a loop operation to be shifted to the address of the start cell next to the address of the end cell of the circular buffer. The addresses of the output and the input data pointer are initialized to the same memory cell address of the circular buffer.

PURPOSE: A device and a method for estimating an image quality are provided to accurately evaluate image quality. CONSTITUTION: A bit string parameter extracting unit(200) comprises a motion degree predicting unit, a quantization parameter extracting unit, and a transmission error predicting unit. The bit string parameter extracting unit extracts parameter from transmitted and encoded bit string. A DMOS(Difference Mean Opinion Score) prediction unit(300) calculates DMOS value by using the parameter extracted from the bit string parameter extracting unit. The patemeter extracted from the bit string parameter extracting unit comprises a motion rate value, a quantization parameter, and transmission error value.

PURPOSE: A ringing mode switching method and a mobile communications terminal using the same are provided to use a preset shortcut key, thereby switching an initial screen into either a calling mode, a manner mode, or an alarm mode. CONSTITUTION: A ringing mode search unit(510) searches a ringing mode to be switched based on the input number of a ringing mode switching shortcut key, input duration, setup ringing mode. If time information of the searched ringing mode is modified or time information setting number is exceeded, a time information decision unit(520) decides setup time information. A mode information storage unit(530) stores mode information including the name of the searched ringing mode and decided time information. A control unit(540) switches the ringing mode according to the stored mode information and time information and controls the operation state of an alarm unit according to the mode information.

PURPOSE: A system and a method for evaluating video quality are provided to calculate a weighted value according to the extent of concern in a cognitive aspect, thereby quickly extracting video quality by a cognitive value. CONSTITUTION: A receiver comprises the following units. A receiving data input unit(110) receives moving picture data which is encoded. A receiving information analyzer(120) analyzes a bit string to extract image information. A video quality evaluator(130) assigns a weighted value. The video quality evaluator calculates the number of loss blocks to evaluate quality of a moving picture.

본 발명은 원형저장공간을 이용한 음조변환방법에 관한 것으로, 입력된 음성신호의 주파수를 M/N배 만큼 변환하여 출력하는 원형저장공간을 이용한 음조변환방법에 있어서, 입력된 음성신호의 데이터가 N개씩 복사되어 입력데이터 포인터의 주소가 초기 지정된 셀부터 N개의 셀에 각각 저장되며, 상기 입력데이터 포인터의 주소는 상기 원형저장공간 내에서 다음 N번째 주소로 변경되는 단계, 및 출력데이터 포인터의 주소가 지정하는 셀에 저장된 데이터가 출력되고, 상기 출력데이터 포인터의 주소는 상기 원형저장공간 내에서 다음 M번째 주소로 변경되는 단계를 반복적으로 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 원형저장공간을 이용한 음조변환방법은 일반적인 마이크로 프로세서를 사용하며, 부가적인 부품이나 프로세서 작업이 필요하지 않으며, 이용되는 메모리 용량과 프로세서 양이 적기 때문에 저사양의 기기로도 음조변환을 할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 음조, 원형저장공간(circular buffer), 입력데이터 포인터, 출력데이터 포인터

CONSTITUTION: A data input unit(130) includes a touch screen, and comprises an input mode conversion key for converting the information inputted on the touch screen into a pointer information or text information. In addition, the data input unit contains a data input region for receiving the pointer information or text information synchronized to the device information of a reception device when an input mode is selected as the input mode conversion key. PURPOSE: A no-reference image quality distortion estimation method using luminance distribution and chrominance distribution and a device thereof are provided to proceed exact image quality estimation by presuming image quality distortion considering luminance and chrominance of lost image information with quantization in encoding and decoding. CONSTITUTION: A received information input unit(110) receives image information. A decoding unit(120) decodes the image information. A luminance/chrominance distribution chart generator(130) generates luminance distribution and chrominance distribution through a luminance signal and a chrominance signal of the decoded image. An image quality evaluator(140) presumes image quality distortion of the decoded image through the luminance distribution and the chrominance distribution.
