Abstract:
본 발명은 폐렴구균( Streptococcus pneumoniae )의 알코올탈수소효소(alcohol dehydrogenase)를 이용한 치료제, 예방제 및 항생물질 스크리닝 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 세포 외부로 분비되며 병원성에 필수적인 기능을 하는 폐렴구균의 알코올탈수소효소를 이용하여 항생물질을 스크리닝하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서 제공하는 폐렴구균의 알코올탈수소효소를 이용한 스크리닝 방법 및 키트는, 실험방법이 간단하며 검출시간이 짧기 때문에 단 시간에 대량의 물질을 스크리닝하는데 이용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

PURPOSE: A vaccine using a mutant of spr1709 gene expressed in human lung cell infection and a method for diagnosing Streptococcus pneumonize mutant are provided to prevent pneumococcal pneumonia and develop a therapeutic agent. CONSTITUTION: A Streptococcus pneumonia mutant has spr1709 gene of which function is damaged. The deleted site of the gene is 1681098th to 1682261th. A primer set for preparing DNA for inducing mutation is denoted by sequence number 2-7. The Streptococcus pneumonia is D39. A vaccine composition for treating Streptococcus pneumonia contains the mutant of Streptococcus pneumonia and pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. The vaccine composition is administered through aerosol, spot delivery system.
Abstract:
A composition comprising soluble UDCA(ursodeoxycholic acid) is provided to improve therapeutic effects on colon cancer by increasing solubility of UDCA and pH stability for maintaining soluble state of UDCA in the stomach and inhibit toxicity, so that the composition is useful for prevention and treatment of colon cancer. A composition for prevention and treatment of colon cancer comprises soluble UDCA which is prepared by dissolving UDCA with maltodextrin or liquid glucose such as light corn syrup in water, and if necessary, pH of soluble UDCA is regulated with acid selected from nitric acid, sulfuric acid, citric acid, phosphoric acid or lactic acid, or base, and pharmaceutically acceptable carriers, diluents or excipients.

PURPOSE: A method for screening a material using alcohol dehydrogenase of Streptococcus pneumoniae is provided to quickly screen a large amount of a material. CONSTITUTION: A method for screening an antibiotic material comprises: a step of treating a test material to Streptococcus pneumoniae and culturing; a step of adding a phosphate buffer containing nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide and alcohol; and a step of measuring the generation quantity of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide. Alcohol dehydrogenase is used as a marker. The test material is selected from chemicals, microbial culture media, microbial extracts, nucleic acid, antibodies, aptamers, and natural product extracts.

PURPOSE: An attenuated Streptococcus pneumococcus containing mutant pep27 is provided to ensure excellent vaccine effect and to minimize inconvenience. CONSTITUTION: An attenuated Streptococcus pneumococcus contains mutant pep27 gene. The pep27 gene encodes an amino acid of pep27 peptides of sequence number 1. A method for preparing the attenuated Streptococcus pneumococcus comprises a step of deleting the pep27 gene in chromosome DNA. A vaccine composition for preventing or treating Streptococcus pneumococcus infectious diseases contains the Streptococcus pneumococcus strain. The vaccine composition immunizes by a serotype-independent method.
