Abstract: PURPOSE: In the different situation generating in the drive process, operator confirms the property to react and operator reaction at the specific situation can be confirmed. CONSTITUTION: A system for collecting drivers characteristic information using synchronized data(600) comprises an image shooting unit(610), a driving record part(620), a synchronization block(630), and a synchronization information storage unit(670). The image shooting unit takes a photograph of the vehicle interior or the external image. The driving record part records the travel information of the vehicles. The synchronization block synchronizes image and the travel information taken a photograph of in the image shooting unit. The synchronization information storage unit stores synchronized data. It synchronizes the video signal in which the image shooting unit takes a photograph of and recorded in the transit time of the travel information and the synchronization block stores in the synchronization information storage unit.
