Abstract: PURPOSE: A method and system for relaying real estate development information are provided to determine a target area for developing and a development type by the recommendation and participation of many development suggestion persons; to enable the development suggestion persons to optimally recommend, use, and deal a land; and to offer development information and services to landlords, development suggestion persons, and consumers on the basis of the location information of a real estate development supporting organization. 본 발명에 따르면, 다수의 개발 제안자들의 추천과 참여에 의해 개발의 형태와 개발 대상 지역을 결정하고, 토지를 단순하게 거래하는 것이 아니라 최적화된 개발 방향으로 추천과 소비가 이루어질 수 있도록 한다. 또한 부동산 개발 지원 기관의 위치 정보에 기반하여 지주, 개발 제안자, 수요자 등이 요구하는 개발 정보 및 서비스를 제공할 수 있다.
