Abstract: An interactive treatment planning support system and a method thereof are provided to standardize consultation about medical treatment between a patient and a doctor, thereby sufficiently reflecting preference of the patient to selection of treatment methods. An AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) analysis unit(60) calculates importance of attributes of a treatment substitute class through paired-comparison preference. The AHP analysis unit calculates importance of an instance of the treatment substitute class by weighing importance of the attribute. A treatment plan selecting unit(40) calculates importance of the instance through the AHP analysis unit about instances belonging to the treatment substitute class. A treatment method selection unit suggests an instance having the highest importance as a final treatment opinion.

Abstract translation: 提供一种交互式治疗计划支持系统及其方法，以使关于患者和医生之间的医疗咨询标准化，从而充分反映患者对治疗方法的选择的偏好。 AHP（分析层次处理）分析单元（60）通过配对比较偏好来计算处置替代品类的属性的重要性。 AHP分析单元通过对属性的重要性进行权衡来计算处置替代品类的实例的重要性。 治疗计划选择单元（40）通过AHP分析单元关于属于治疗代用品类别的实例计算实例的重要性。 治疗方法选择单元建议具有最高重要性的实例作为最终治疗意见。
