    Abstract: An interactive treatment planning support system and a method thereof are provided to standardize consultation about medical treatment between a patient and a doctor, thereby sufficiently reflecting preference of the patient to selection of treatment methods. An AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) analysis unit(60) calculates importance of attributes of a treatment substitute class through paired-comparison preference. The AHP analysis unit calculates importance of an instance of the treatment substitute class by weighing importance of the attribute. A treatment plan selecting unit(40) calculates importance of the instance through the AHP analysis unit about instances belonging to the treatment substitute class. A treatment method selection unit suggests an instance having the highest importance as a final treatment opinion.
