Abstract: An interactive treatment planning support system and a method thereof are provided to standardize consultation about medical treatment between a patient and a doctor, thereby sufficiently reflecting preference of the patient to selection of treatment methods. An AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) analysis unit(60) calculates importance of attributes of a treatment substitute class through paired-comparison preference. The AHP analysis unit calculates importance of an instance of the treatment substitute class by weighing importance of the attribute. A treatment plan selecting unit(40) calculates importance of the instance through the AHP analysis unit about instances belonging to the treatment substitute class. A treatment method selection unit suggests an instance having the highest importance as a final treatment opinion.
Abstract translation: 提供交互式治疗计划支持系统及其方法，以便对患者和医生之间的医疗咨询进行标准化，从而充分反映患者对治疗方法选择的偏好。 分析层级过程分析单元（60）通过配对比较偏好来计算处理替代类的属性的重要性。 AHP分析单元通过权重的重要性来计算处理替代类的实例的重要性。 治疗计划选择单元（40）通过AHP分析单元计算关于属于治疗替代类的实例的实例的重要性。 治疗方法选择单元建议具有最高重要性的实例作为最终治疗意见。

Abstract: 본 발명은 수가코드 등 청구정보를 온톨로지(Ontology)로 변환하여 저장하고 요양급여비용 심사기준의 규칙을 DSL(도메인 특정언어)로 작성한 DSL실행코드로 변환하여, 요양급여비용 청구가 상기 심사기준에 맞는지를 검정하여 작성하고 상기 요양급여비용을 청구하는 온톨로지 기반의 상호운용적 건강보험 전자청구 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것이다.
구체적으로는, 본 발명은 청구정보에 대한 온톨로지 데이터베이스를 저장하는 온톨로지저장부, 심사기준규칙을 DSL(도메인 특정언어)로 작성한 DSL실행코드를 저장하는 DSL저장부, 상기 사용자단말로부터 요양급여비용 청구에 대한 검정요청을 수신하여 상기 DSL실행코드를 실행하여 검정요청을 처리하는 검정요청처리부, 상기 온톨로지 데이터베이스의 자료를 지속적으로 갱신하는 자료갱신부, 외부 청구정보DB에 접근하여 상기 외부 청구정보DB의 자료를 자동으로 온톨로지 형식으로 변환하는 온톨로지변환부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
이를 통해, 본 발명은 제각기 진행하고 있는 각 요양기관의 시스템 간의 호환성 및 확장성을 확보할 수 있고, 심사기준이나 수가의 변경 시, 해당 내용의 습득과 시스템 변경에 소모되는 인적, 시간적 자원을 대폭 줄일 수 있다.
