Abstract: A device for cooling stack of fuel cell is provided to operate the fuel cell stack effectively in case the driving condition of vehicles is drastically changed, by additionally cooling a cooling part for an air conditioning operated by using a carbon dioxide refrigerant. A device for cooling stack of fuel cell comprises a cooling water pump(12) pumping cooling water cooling a fuel cell stack(2); a stack cooling part including a radiator(16) releasing the cooling water passed through the fuel cell stack; a cooling part(21) for an air conditioning including a compressor(22), gas refrigeration(24), expansion valve(28) and evaporator(30), for compressing, cooling, expanding and evaporating a carbon dioxide refrigerant; an external heat exchanger(20) performing the heat exchange between the carbon dioxide refrigerant passed through evaporator and cooling water radiating the fuel cell stack; and a shutoff valve(18) which is opened and closed to deliver the cooling water to the external heat exchanger.
