Abstract: A method for assaying kasugamycin is provided to analyze kasugamycin in a greater quantity of sample simply and rapidly even without any pre-treatment or assistant analyzing device. A method for assaying kasugamycin comprises analysis of kasugamycin in an agricultural chemical product by using HPLC(High Performance Liquid Chromatography), wherein the method comprises the steps of: (1) extracting kasugamycin from an agricultural chemical product; (2) adding thereto an internal reference material; (3) injecting the extracted sample into a column for HPLC; (4) flowing a mobile phase through the column so that the kasugamycin is eluted; and (5) analyzing the eluted kasugamycin with an ultraviolet detector. In the method, pyridoxal 5-phosphate is employed as the internal reference material.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for restoring a received signal is provided to improve a performance restoring a transmitted signal in a receiver by lowering a bit error rate. CONSTITUTION: A receiver estimates a channel coefficient by receiving a signal transmitted from a multiuser receiver(S110). A basic signal estimation value corresponding to a LLR which is estimated signal transmitted from k-th transmitter is acquired(S120). A signal reestimation value corresponding to a LLR which is estimated by a signal transmitted from k-th transmitter is acquired by considering a forward error correction based on a basic signal estimation value. Those processes are repeated as the times predefined(S140). A signal transmitted from the k-th transmitter is restored from the reestimation value(S150).

Abstract: 본 발명은 고성능 액체크로마토그래피(HPLC)를 이용하여 살균제 중 가스가마이신을 분석하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
종래에는 가스가마이신을 분석하는 방법으로서 박테리아를 이용한 생물검정법이 이용되었으나 장기간을 요하고, 재현성이 떨어지며, 대량의 시료를 분석할 수 없는 단점이 있었다.
본 발명은 불순물을 제거하는 전처리나, 보조분석기기를 사용하지 않고 간단한 추출 후 바로 시료를 고성능 액체크로마토그래피에 주입하여 가스가마이신을 분석함을 특징으로 하고 있어 간편하고 신속하게 대량의 시료에서 가스가마이신을 분석할 수 있도록 하는 효과가 있다.
