Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for converting baicalin and wogonoside to aglucon using B-glucuronidase is provided to obtain baicalein and wogonin having high physiological activity. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing baicalein and wogonin comprises: a step of pulverizing a novel Lactobacillus brevis RO1(KFCC 11424P) through ultrasonic wave to obtain beta-glucuronidase; a step of massively expressing beta-glucuronidase through genetic engineering; a method for converting baicalin and wogonoside using beta-glucuronidase to prepare baicalein and wogonin; and a step of measuring conversion effect through high speed liquid chromatography.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供使用B葡萄糖醛酸苷酶将黄芩苷和沃戈膦苷转化成甙元的方法，以获得具有高生理活性的黄芩素和黄瓜素。 构成：制备黄芩素和黄酮素的方法包括：通过超声波粉碎新型短乳杆菌（Lactobacillus brevis）RO1（KFCC 11424P）以获得β-葡糖苷酸酶的步骤; 通过基因工程大规模表达β-葡糖苷酸酶的步骤; 一种使用β-葡糖苷酸转化黄芩苷和沃戈膦苷来制备黄芩苷和黄酮的方法; 以及通过高速液相色谱法测定转化效果的步骤。
