Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a novel pyrrole derivative of the formula(1) isolated from Lycium chinense MILL having hepatoprotective activity. Therefore, it can be used as a pharmaceutical composition or a health food for the prevention and treatment of liver diseases. CONSTITUTION: The novel pyrrole derivative is represented by the formula(1), wherein R1 to R3 represent hydrogen, halogen and C1-4 alkyl group individually, provided that they are not hydrogen at the same time. A pharmaceutical composition for the prevention and treatment of liver diseases contains the pyrrole derivative together with pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. And a health food contains the pyrrole derivative together with a food additive.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供从具有肝保护活性的枸杞子中分离出的新颖的式（1）吡咯衍生物。 因此，它可以用作预防和治疗肝脏疾病的药物组合物或保健食品。 构成：新颖的吡咯衍生物由式（1）表示，其中R 1至R 3各自独立地表示氢，卤素和C 1-4烷基，条件是它们不同时为氢。 用于预防和治疗肝脏疾病的药物组合物含有吡咯衍生物以及药学上可接受的载体。 保健食品含有吡咯衍生物和食品添加剂。
