Abstract:
본 발명은 구기자( Lycium chinense MILL)로부터 분리된 하기 화학식 1의 피롤 유도체 화합물 및 그의 간보호제로서의 용도에 관한 것으로서, 이 화합물들은 사염화탄소에 의한 간독성을 효과적으로 치료함으로써, 간염, 간경화와 같은 간질환 치료 및 예방에 유용한 약학 조성물로서 사용될 수 있다.
상기 식에서, R 1 내지 R 3 는 각각 독립적으로 수소, 할로겐, C 1-4 알킬기이다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: Provided is a novel pyrrole derivative of the formula(1) isolated from Lycium chinense MILL having hepatoprotective activity. Therefore, it can be used as a pharmaceutical composition or a health food for the prevention and treatment of liver diseases. CONSTITUTION: The novel pyrrole derivative is represented by the formula(1), wherein R1 to R3 represent hydrogen, halogen and C1-4 alkyl group individually, provided that they are not hydrogen at the same time. A pharmaceutical composition for the prevention and treatment of liver diseases contains the pyrrole derivative together with pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. And a health food contains the pyrrole derivative together with a food additive.
