Abstract: PURPOSE: An inverter for generating a three-level voltage is provided to simplify a circuit configuration by reducing the number of diodes and switching devices using a bidirectional switch device. CONSTITUTION: A division unit(10) divides input DC power into three voltage levels and is comprised of two same capacitors. A switching device(20) is connected to each node of the division unit with three voltage levels. A bidirectional switching device(30) is connected between an AC voltage output terminal(40) and a middle voltage level node among three voltage levels.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A zero current switching type DC/DC converter is provided to reduce a switching loss by using a zero current switching method. CONSTITUTION: A zero current switching type DC/DC converter comprises a DC voltage input unit, a high frequency transforming unit(200), and a DC voltage output unit. The DC voltage input unit comprises a voltage source(114) and a switch element. The DC voltage input unit comprises resistance(124) and a second capacitor(122) respectively serially connected to the voltage source and a coil. A third capacity(112) is connected in parallel with the voltage source. The high frequency transforming unit comprises the coil, a first capacitor(134) LC resonating a leakage inductance component of the coil.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A 3-level inverter is provided to reduce costs for manufacturing an inverter by reducing the number of switching element in the inverter for obtaining an output voltage of multi-level. CONSTITUTION: A power input unit(100) applies an input voltage of a direct current. The power input unit comprises first and second capacitors(110,120) formed in both directions from a first node dividing the voltage source. A switching unit(200) comprises a central arm and first to fourth switches(201,202,203,204) being joined to a second node of the other end part of the central arm as a full-bridge form. The central arm can be formed into a form in which a high switch(211) and low switch(212) are faced each other. A LD filter unit(310) is connected to a second node and third node.
