Abstract: PURPOSE: An inverter for generating a three-level voltage is provided to simplify a circuit configuration by reducing the number of diodes and switching devices using a bidirectional switch device. CONSTITUTION: A division unit(10) divides input DC power into three voltage levels and is comprised of two same capacitors. A switching device(20) is connected to each node of the division unit with three voltage levels. A bidirectional switching device(30) is connected between an AC voltage output terminal(40) and a middle voltage level node among three voltage levels.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A power supply device is provided to be stably operated when a battery used during power stoppage is perfectly discharged. CONSTITUTION: A transformer(T) induces an input switched voltage from a primary side winding to a secondary side winding(N1) and the third side winding(N2). A rectifying and smoothing section(20) rectifies and smoothes an output voltage of the secondary side winding(N1) and generates an output voltage(Vo). A constant current section(22) makes an output of the third side winding(N2) of the transformer(T) into a constant current. A switch(24) switches the output voltage of the rectifying and smoothing section(20) and a battery voltage. The switch(24) switches an output of the constant current section(22) to the battery voltage.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An auxiliary power supply stabilization circuit is provided, which can stabilize an output voltage of an auxiliary power supply circuit by making an input voltage induced to the input part of the auxiliary power supply constant. CONSTITUTION: The first and the second rectification device(BD1,BD2) rectify the first input AC power into a main and an auxiliary DC power respectively, and the first inductor(L1) is connected serially to an output port of the first rectification device. An anode of the first diode(D1) is connected between the output port of the first rectification device and the first inductor and a cathode of the first diode is connected to the first output port(+385V) of the main DC power. An anode of the second diode(D2) is connected to another side of the first inductor and a cathode of the second diode is connected to the first output port of the main DC power. The first switching device(SW1) is connected to the first output port of the main DC power and to the cathodes of the first and the second diode, and another side of the first switching device is connected to the second output port of the main DC power. A primary part of a transformer(T1) is connected between an output port of the second rectification device and a ground port(GND) and a secondary part of the transformer is connected to an output port(AUX) of the auxiliary DC power. One side of a thermistor is connected to the cathodes of the first and the second diodes and to the first output port of the main DC power, and another side of the transformer is connected to an anode of the third diode. And the anode of the third diode is connected to the thermistor and a cathode of the third diode is connected to the output port of the second rectification device. And one side of the second switching device(SW2) is connected to the ground port, and another side of the second switching device is connected to the primary part of the transformer.
