Abstract: Provided are a pharmaceutical or cosmetic composition and an application-type gel, which prepare a curcumin-containing gel by adding curcumin to gel formulations for transdermal delivery to check an effect of treating wound, and treat skin wound containing the same. Through in vitro anti-inflammatory experiments and in vivo animal experiments, the present invention can check an increase of reepithelialisation tendency on a wounded area when using the curcumin-containing gel, thus is capable of being used for preparing the application-type gel which promotes wound healing.

Abstract translation: 提供了一种药物或化妆品组合物和应用型凝胶，其通过将姜黄素加入用于透皮递送的凝胶制剂中以制备含有姜黄素的凝胶，以检查治疗伤口的作用，并治疗含有其的皮肤伤口。 通过体外抗炎实验和体内动物实验，本发明可以在使用含有姜黄素的凝胶时检查受伤区域上皮再生倾向的增加，因此能够用于制备促进的应用型凝胶 伤口愈合。
