CONSTITUTION: A producing method of seasoned pteridium aquilinum using a retort pouch comprises the following steps: dipping dried pteridium aquilinum into tepid water, and seasoning with mixed sauce before parboiling; inserting the parboiled pteridium aquilinum into the retort pouch, and vacuum-packing; and sterilizing the packed pteridium aquilinum.
