    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for evaluating skin irritation is provided to express skin sensitivity and irritation and to replace a conventional skin stimulation test. CONSTITUTION: A method for evaluating/predicting skin irritation comprises: a step of treating a test material to organ-derived nerve cells; a step of measuring cell membrane ion potential of the nerve cells; and a step of confirming stimulation. The nerve cells are afferent sensory nerve cells or neuron. A kit for evaluating the skin irritation comprises the nerve cells and micro current measuring device.

A contrast media for diagnosing hepatism comprises a mannan coated superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticle. A method for manufacturing the nanoparticle comprises: a step of adding basic solution in iron chloride aqueous solution and dipping iron oxide nanoparticle; a step of oxidizing the iron oxide nanoparticle and producing storage solution; and a step of mixing mannan solution in the storage solution, stirring and coating.
